Dwayne
Hunt is the senior pastor of Abundant Grace Fellowship, a progressive church
in Memphis, TN. Since assuming the pastorate 12 years ago, he has more
than doubled the membership and developed the church into a dynamic influence,
impacting the religious, social and economic arenas of the Mid-South region.
Highly regarded as a master teacher and a visionary leader, Hunt articulates
unique strategic insight, often challenging contemporary wisdom and methods
that deal with how the church and community should act at critical stages.
In 1995, Hunt organized Victims to Victory, a support group for survivors
grieving the loss of loved ones to homicide. He is a charter member of
the American Association of Christian Counselors. Hunt is a professional
member of the National Speaker's Association. He also serves on the
Executive Council of The International Congress of Local Churches.
With Hunt's mandate to "publish the name of the Lord", he developed
an award winning media outreach. He has spoken and ministered
internationally, including Asia and South Africa, and has assisted in church
building projects in Haiti and in Ethopia.
