REGINALD L. ESKRIDGE, the Managing Partner, brings a unique mixture of talent and expertise to the firm, having worked in the entertainment industry. He has extensive experience in the area of entertainment law, probate and intellectual property.


Career Highlights

Reginald has successfully represented numerous entertainment clients in business and contract matters and has offered counsel and advice on various aspects of the entertainment industry, including the formation of entertainment corporations, group and company partnerships, tour support, recording agreements, copyright matters, royalty agreements and music contract negotiations. He also heads the firm's probate section, handling estate and trust matters for clients, including those in the entertainment industry, and has negotiated artist royalty agreements with major record labels on behalf of the beneficiaries and heirs of entertainers.

Reginald is a graduate of the University of Memphis and earned his law degree from the Southern University Law Center, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He is a member of the Tennessee Bar, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the American Bar Association, the National Bar Association, the Memphis Bar Association, American Society of Composers, Authors, and Publishers (ASCAP), the Gospel Music Association, the Gospel Music Workshop of America and the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (NARAS) as a voting member of the Grammys.
